Exceptional Eduction

Capital Day School has a long-standing tradition of excellence in education, provided in a safe, nurturing environment. As a student at CDS, you will be challenged academically, learn from a knowledgeable and engaging faculty, and take learning beyond the classroom to make a difference in our community.

Since 1955, Capital Day School has offered private school education with smaller class sizes and low student-to-teacher ratios. Through an enriched traditional curriculum that includes classes such as art, music, and physical education for students three-years-old through the eighth grade, we provide the type of education that every child deserves.
