Education:

I have a BA in English and Liberal Studies for Kentucky State University.

 

 I began at Capital Day School in 2006.  I became a lead teacher in the preschool division in 2011 and assumed the role of preschool director in May of 2015.

 

Why I enjoy working at CDS:

I became part of the Capital Day School community as a parent in 2001 when my daughter began kindergarten.  I have always appreciated the commitment of the whole Capital Day community to meet the needs of each child.  The small classroom sizes allow for one on one instruction for each student.  I continue to love the school because we are a safe place where hands on learning is encouraged every day.
