I love that CDS allows faculty and students the chance to grow and learn together. As a teacher, I have the freedom to try new and creative approaches to lessons when needed, and my colleagues are always available for support and advice. I appreciate the spirit of teamwork and cooperation among our faculty and staff, and I see that same spirit in our student body as well.
